9/11/13 Fishing Report

I had the pleasure of having John and Jan Blalock for an absolutely beautiful sunrise and fishing trip! We started off watching an awseome sunrise while catching a few Trout in my honey hole, then proceeded to Cobia Ave and played for an hour or so....we caught 5 or 6 and kept 2 small ones for the table. Ceviche is a great an easy recipe for fresh Cobia. Try it next time with Tuna, Flounder, Drum, most fresh fish works but"especially" tender fresh Cobia : ). Come catch a few before they leave or we can always get ya next season starting in Hatteras around May 8th! Thanks for a day to remember guys. Wonderful meeting such pleasant people. You would have thought this couple was married last week. They were married for 40 some years and as happy as ever : )). Einstein quotes "There are two ways to live your life, one as if nothing is a miracle and the other as if everyting is a miracle". Im pretty sure I know which way they are living.....life gives important lessons. Just watch and listen. Thanks John and Jan!!
