8/31/13 Fishing Report

Sometimes having that one shot at a pair of winning fish is all I need to keep me happy : ). I had a crew from NC including my little brother Brian along for the Poquosen Cobia Tournament Sat. We coulda, shoulda won the silly thing. All by 8:30 AM. I had a really fat pair swim right at us around 8 AM that definitley woulda made the Va boys pretty upset. As serious as they were at the dock anyway : ). Hard fishin' fellas fer sure! Glad we gavem a little run for their money. It was a two fish weigh in and we got to the dock early with a 56 anda 49 lbr. Not too bad but not good enough to nudge the Va boys away from the trophy. Thanks for fishing hard boys : ).
